Ordering & Payments

Placing an Order

Add the items you love to your cart and proceed through our secure checkout — or, if you’ve received a custom quote or manual order, we’ll send a secure payment link directly to your email from contact@littlewecothings.com.

Payment Methods

For emailed payment links, payments are processed safely through our verified provider — your details remain encrypted and protected.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email with your order number and details. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder — it sometimes hides there!

Shipping & Delivery

Every order is carefully packed and shipped from our Michigan facility within one to two business days. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes between three and five business days, while express options arrive within one to two days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it from our door to yours. Shipping is free for all U.S. orders over seventy-five dollars.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love what you order from LittleWecoThings. If something isn’t right, you have thirty days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, simply email contact@littlewecothings.com with your order number and a short note explaining the reason for your return. We’ll send you the next steps right away.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within five to seven business days after we receive the item back. If we made a mistake or sent a damaged or defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping and make it right immediately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our facility, but if you happen to receive something damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@littlewecothings.com within seven days of delivery. Include photos of the issue so we can take care of it quickly. We’ll send you a prepaid return label or a replacement right away.

Creating an account makes shopping with us easier. You can track your orders, manage your shipping addresses, and view your purchase history in one place. Hours of Operation

Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 9 PM EST and Saturdays 9 AM to 5 PM EST. We’re closed on Sundays and U.S. federal holidays, but if you send a message outside those hours, we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back online.
