Returns & Refunds
At LittleWecoThings, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items in accordance with the terms below.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-returnable items include:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us at contact@littlewecothings.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
Unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact contact@littlewecothings.com before returning it to confirm stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
